I think there's more than one option just in case you lock one of the other options or something; due to a decision you made or person you killed etc...So nocticula talked to me and said i am allowed to have an audience with her and that i should go to her palace and she will come when the time is right and said meanwhile one of her servants will take care of me so i went to the palace and notcticula werent there so i slept few days in nexus and still she isnt in her palace i also tried talk with every npc there is and nothing am i missing ...The quests involving Battlebliss and Vellexia come to mind. #1.
